Shipping & Returns
The Ultimate Sports Fan will ship any size order within the United States for $4.99 per order. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping.
For shipments to Canada please contact us for shipping charges.
All orders will be processed and shipped via United States Postal Service from our retail store in Tennessee usually within 1 business day; Saturday and Sunday do not count as a business day.
For Example, if you place an order today it will be processed, and delivered to the Post Office the following day.
If additional time is required you will be notified via e-mail with a reason for the delay and approximate time the order will ship.

What happens when your USPS Tracking says that your package has been delivered, but you did not receive it?
You will need to have your USPS tracking number ready. If you don't have access to your tracking information, contact us at email@example.com or (615) 758-5181. We will do our best to provide all relevant information to aid in the process of finding your package.
What happens if none of this works and you still don't have your package? Unfortunately it is out of our hands. Once a package is processed and/or marked delivered it is considered delivered and no longer traceable by the Post Office. In this extremely rare circumstance there is nothing else we can actively do to recover your package and cannot be held liable for the loss. The Ultimate Sports Fan wants you to be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided the merchandise is returned to us in a new, unworn and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached. Items that have been damaged due to negligence or abuse will not be refunded or exchanged.
All returns and exchanges must be sent back to us with a copy of the sales receipt and an explanation of why you are returning the item to us. We will also need instructions on what you would like us to do (i.e. Exchange for different size, refund back to your account, etc.)
You will be responsible for the shipping charges involved with sending the merchandise back to us unless we make a mistake in your shipment. In that case we will credit back to you any shipping charges accrued out-of-your pocket. If you are exchanging the item, we will gladly ship the exchange back to you via USPS at no charge. All returns/exchanges will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please pack all returns in original packing if possible and ship back to us via United States Postal Service, UPS or Fed EX to:
